The inhabitants have their own history.
Ab'Dendriel - Elves roamed the continent for centuries, eventually settling among the lush vegetation of northern Tibia. They built their houses on trees. Most of the houses, connected by bridges, are high above the ground in the treetops. The village was named Ab'Dendriel from the ancient word déndron, meaning tree. Elves are also called tree singers because they can enchant plants by singing. You can find many examples of this art in the village itself. Unfortunately, the idyllic atmosphere is deceptive. Below the earth's surface, terrible creatures lurk for incautious adventurers, and the island pyramid is overrun by the undead.

Kazordoon - An extinct volcano, located in the central part of the continent, is home to the ancient race of dwarves. They managed to tame rivers of water and lava. Through their craftsmanship, as well as their knowledge of the power of fire and earth, they built the city of Kazordoon in the heart of the mountain they respectfully call "the Big Old One". Lots of trails and tunnels run through the mountain. Even the road from Thais to Carlin and Ab'Dendriel runs through the gorge. Being proud of their work, the dwarves placed a statue at the entrance to the ravine. Profiting from mine resources, they have accumulated great fortunes, and the legendary treasure chamber in their city houses only a small part of them.
